Fake Frieza is a Kopīman (also known as a "Black Saibaman) which disguised itself as Frieza on the planet Namek during the events of Dragon Ball Z: Super Saiya Densetsu. He is fought as the 16th boss in the game.
He attacked the Z Fighters in order to stall them while shapeshifted into Frieza's first form, but was ultimately defeated and slain.
